Oana Vidoni was born in 1991 in Timisoara and graduated in 2014 from the German acting class of the Faculty of Music and Drama of the Timisoara West University. She already worked with the German State Theatre Timisoara during her studies and has been part of the ensemble since the 2014/2015 season. Formative for the beginnings of her career were the encounters with directors Volker Schmidt, Eugen Jebeleanu, Alexandru Dabija, Răzvan Mazilu, Charles Muller and Niky Wolcz.

More recently, Oana has acted and is acting in productions such as Sidy Thal by Thomas Perle & Clemens Bechtel as Elisabeth; Leonce and Lena by Georg Büchner as the Governess; Humans. For Sale by Carmen Lidia Vidu; The Cherry Orchard by A.P. Chekhov as Varya; A Midsummer Night's Dream after William Shakespeare as Hermia.

Her training continued with participation in various workshops in stage speech held by Thomas Buts, Simon Schlingplässer, Tim Schüler, as well as movement and dance workshops held by Andrea Gavriliu, Kristóf Szabó, Toula Limnaios, Dorian Mallia or Louise Kelsey, and acting workshops held by Miklós Bács, Ștefan Lupu, Stephan Perdekamp and Sarah Victoria.

Since 2012 she has been collaborating with Unfold Motion Company on a series of projects in the sphere of contemporary dance. In 2022 she graduated with a Master's degree in Cultural Management and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Theatre and Film of Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj, with a paper dedicated to the European Theatre Festival in the context of Timisoara European Capital of Culture 2023.
